Our MLM software is licensed on an enterprise basis. Custom system source codes, tree algorithms, database modules, and custom widgets remain the intellectual property of ApexChain Technologies unless explicitly transferred under written sales contracts.
It is the sole responsibility of the direct selling brand or MLM startup to ensure their compensation structures, referral payouts, and product margins comply with state and central legal guidelines in India. ApexChain Technologies acts solely as a technology provider and does not offer legal licensing for financial schemes.
ApexChain Technologies is not liable for business losses, downline commission miscalculations caused by altered parameters, or server downtime resulting from external cloud network failures.
