Refund Policy

Last updated: June 06, 2026. This policy details the refund terms for custom software licensing, server provisioning, and plan engineering.

1. Custom Development Scopes

Due to the custom nature of network marketing software, compensation plan mapping, and server deployment steps, payments made for custom source code configurations, payouts testing, or design hours are non-refundable once engineering work has commenced.

2. Initial Retainers

A partial refund on project retainers may be requested within 3 working days of transaction, provided no system configuration, database structures, or graphic wireframes have been created by our development team.

3. Server & Deployment Fees

Fees paid for third-party hosting provisioning (AWS, Google Cloud, DigitalOcean), Domain name registrations, SSL installations, or SMS gateway configurations are completely non-refundable as they are managed by external providers.

4. SLA & Maintenance Plans

Monthly technical support fees and software maintenance agreements (SLA) can be cancelled at any time with a 30-day written notice, but payments for active cycles will not be prorated or refunded.
